Reflexology

Reflexology

Reflexology involves the massage of specific zones, usually of the feet, that are believed to correspond to areas or organs of the body. Many are amazed at what information can be gleaned from the feet. It is a ‘holistic therapy’ and as such our practitioners treat people, rather than specific conditions. Treatments can encourage the release of endorphins and as such are great for relaxation, release of tension, improved sleep and enhanced mood.

In our clinic we find reflexology has two main benefits. Many of our patients find it complements their ongoing chiropractic treatments. It is also used as a form of relaxation and recuperation. A reflexology session can make you feel more balanced and give you a sense of increased wellbeing.

It can also soothe and relax those in palliative care.

We have two experienced practitioners at the Clinic; Sue Hancock and Emma Eversden. Appointments are generally available on Mondays although home visits can be arranged.
