Tom joined our clinic after qualifying from the University of Glamorgan in 2007. He has a wife and two children and enjoys keeping fit and outdoor activities such as walking, kayaking and cycling.
Before Tom was a chiropractor he had several long term injuries. Chiropractic treatment made such a positive impact on these that he decided to retrain as a chiropractor. Having learnt how to overcome chronic issues first hand has helped him understand what is needed to treat his patients in an effective and empathic manner.
He has particular interests in improving muscular function, reducing tension in the muscular system and in improving posture. He feels strongly that by improving our muscular function and reducing mechanical stress caused by poor posture we are far more likely to lead a life less hindered by pain and restriction.
Tom employs a variety of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques and also uses western medical acupuncture and kinesiology taping.
Tom enjoys the challenge of cases that have proven difficult to resolve elsewhere, such as long-standing mechanical problems, postoperative pain and headaches.

Harriet began her career at the clinic as a cleaner and part-time receptionist she then followed to graduate as a Chiropractor from Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2020. During her university years, Harriet worked in an onsite Newborn Feeding Clinic. Collaborating with midwives and fellow chi-ropractors, she assisted mothers in positioning and comfort for infant feeding up to 8 weeks old. This experience ignited her passion for supporting parents and their little ones during this crucial phase.
Harriet's commitment to learning led her to undergo a year's worth of training with The Centre for Breastfeeding Education and Research. She's now on a mission to accumulate a thousand hours of breastfeeding observation—a prerequisite for her lactation consultant exam. Harriet's passion for sup-porting families during this crucial phase exemplifies the positive impact chiropractors can have on newborns and their parents. Her dedication is to enhance comfort and promote successful feeding experiences, breastfed or not.
Away from infant feeding, she believes in treating the entire family unit, from siblings to parents and grandparents. Her focus on myofascial release alongside spinal manipulation highlights the need for addressing both structural and soft tissue aspects.
In her personal life Harriet enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Bear.
Sara has been working with Oriental Medicine for over 20 years. Formerly establishing clinics in Glasgow in the 1990s she also worked in Mayfair with a group of renowned physiotherapists. Sara has been with Wymondham Chiropractic since 2002, when her brother began expanding the clinic's team and skill ranges and felt her experience and expertise would be a valuable addition to the clinic.
She feels the range of problems and the community spirit seen at this clinic, together with the ability to truly work as a team to improve people's lives makes this clinic a centre of excellence and care.
Annie Astbury has recently joined the team, having completed clinical supervision with Sara Lucchetti. She works in clinic on a Monday and Thursday. Annie has a licentiate in Acupuncture from The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa and is a member of the The Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC). Her style of acupuncture focuses on the five element approach, which means she will consider your main health problem, together with a holistic approach to you as an individual. She incorporates cupping therapy, electro-acupuncture, and auricular acupuncture into her treatments.
When she's not in the clinic she enjoys caring for her two young children and when she finds a moment, she'll be found on the yoga mat or out in nature.
